Hi everyone,
Since I did a clean install of Leopard on my powermac, my abilities to
open attachments are no longer working. Is it possible that pine is
ignoring my ~/.mailcap file?
I know that in Tiger, there was a .mailcap file in /etc which pine
seemed to read (and ignored the one in my home directory), but I tried
copying a mailcap file in there, but pine still does not open my
attachments.
... Anyway, this is what I have in my mailcap so far:
image/*; display %s
text/html; open -a /Applications/Firefox.app %s
Application/OCTET-STREAM; open -a /Applications/Quicktime.app %s
-- If I select an html attachment, and try to view it, it does not
get exported to firefox (as it used to).
-- And if I try to open a video, it says:
[Don't know how to display Application/OCTET-STREAM attachments. Try Save.]
